Bavarian Motor Experts offers optional informational text messages to customers who have given permission to receive them. These terms cover useful links and follow-ups related to your calls, as well as appointment and service-related messages.

What you will receive
With your permission, we may send useful links and follow-up information related to your call, such as directions for requesting an estimate on our website. Customers who have opted in may also receive appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and other messages related to their vehicle or service request.
These messages support your inquiries, appointments, and automotive service. Permission to receive informational, appointment, or service-related texts does not enroll you in advertising or promotional messages.
Your permission
Our virtual assistant asks for permission before sending useful links or follow-up texts related to your call. Appointment and service-related messages are sent to customers who have opted in to those communications. We send messages within the scope of the permission you provide. Calling us or giving us a phone number is not, by itself, SMS permission.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You may decline texts and use the website or contact the shop directly instead. We keep records of your permission and the messages sent.
For a text offered by our virtual assistant during a call, we use the Caller ID number you agreed to receive the text at. Appointment and service-related messages use the mobile number for which you opted in. Please give permission only for a number you are authorized to use, and contact us if your number changes.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your requests, appointments, and service activity. When you agree to a single link or call follow-up, that permission covers the requested message only; it does not enroll you in ongoing appointment or service messaging. Customers who separately opt in to appointment and service messages may receive additional messages relevant to that service. You may also receive automated responses to STOP or HELP requests.
Bavarian Motor Experts does not charge for this text service. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Ask your carrier about any charges.
Stopping texts
Reply STOP to the number that sent the message to opt out of messages from that messaging service. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. Further messages through that service will be blocked unless you choose to opt in again. If you receive messages through more than one BME messaging service, reply STOP to each sender or contact us for help stopping texts. If you previously opted out, contact us before requesting texts again.
Opting out of texts does not prevent you from calling the shop or requesting service through our website.

For questions, scheduling, or changes to a service request, please call the shop directly. Do not send payment details or other sensitive information by text.
Delivery
Text messaging requires an SMS-capable number and compatible carrier service. Delivery can be delayed or fail because of network conditions, carrier filtering, an unavailable number, or other circumstances. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delivery delays or messages that do not arrive.

Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Messaging providers and carriers may process information needed to operate and deliver this service.
Changes and contact details
We may update these terms or discontinue the program. Updates will appear here with a revised date and do not authorize new categories of texts without any required new consent.
